Amazing color!
Check the picture I've submitted to see the kind of color that just a little of the dye give you. There's a good mix of color choice here everything from black to light flesh tone to violet. I've only made one cake with it so far but I only needed a little for spectacular results. I'll get a lot of use out of the amount provided and when I'm done I will be coming back to this brand for more. There is a huge difference between this and normal liquid food dye that most of us grew up with!

Helpful and easy to understand
I was just starting out decorating and picked this one up for some new ideas and let me tell you I am glad I did. This is the perfect book for someone who is new to the cake decorating. If you have experience however you will not be that happy w/it. It covers everything from what tips to use to how to make buttercream frosting to using royal icing. If you are just starting out then grab this one!!!!

Quality Silicone Spatulas at a great priceI have been using these spatulas for a few weeks now. I wanted to test them in different cooking situations. I am very happy with them. They are heat resistant and very flexible. Of course the handles are made of plastic so you have to be careful with them or they will melt.
Edit 9/15/09: Nearly a year later and the spatulas are still going strong. I like them so much I am going to buy another set.
