Helpful and easy to understand
I was just starting out decorating and picked this one up for some new ideas and let me tell you I am glad I did. This is the perfect book for someone who is new to the cake decorating. If you have experience however you will not be that happy w/it. It covers everything from what tips to use to how to make buttercream frosting to using royal icing.
